1. Introduction

Welcome to GenAlyti(Q)s, a service provided by Human Query Limited. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the GenAlyti(Q)s platform, including any services provided by our AI-powered business intelligence platform. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the GenAlyti(Q)s service, including any associated software, websites, and features.
• “User” means any individual or business accessing the GenAlyti(Q)s platform.
• “Account” means a registered user profile allowing access to the platform.
• “Data Sources” refers to databases, files, APIs, or other inputs connected to the platform for querying or analysis.

3. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You also must have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Creating an Account

To access GenAlyti(Q)s, you must create an account. All information provided during registration must be accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for any activities that occur under your account.

5. Fees and Payment

GenAlyti(Q)s operates on a per-project fee basis, allowing a predetermined number of connected data sources and editors per project. The current offering is available for a limited time, until we reach General Availability (GA) for the final pricing. This fee grants you access to all features as they are released during this early phase.

All subscription fees are non-refundable. By creating an account and using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to waive your statutory right to a refund for services that have commenced with your prior consent. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or access the platform.

Human Query reserves the right to modify the pricing for future services, though any changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

6. Permitted Use

Users may access GenAlyti(Q)s for lawful business intelligence and data analysis purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform by exceeding the allotted data limits, sharing your account with unauthorized users, or violating the intellectual property of GenAlyti(Q)s or any third party.

7. Fair Usage Policy

GenAlyti(Q)s strives to provide a reliable and high-performing service for all users. To maintain system performance, we have implemented a Fair Usage Policy:

• Reasonable Use: Each user is allocated a reasonable amount of system resources (processing, storage, etc.). Excessive consumption may result in throttling or suspension if it affects other users.
• Abuse and Misuse: Activities such as automated queries at an excessive rate, denial-of-service attacks, or attempts to reverse-engineer the AI technology will lead to immediate suspension of the account.
• Human Query reserves the right to define and enforce fair usage limits based on the service load.

8. AI Limitations

GenAlyti(Q)s uses a pull-based system with in-memory tabular structures to generate queries and visualizations without accessing your actual data records. While our AI is designed to provide accurate business insights, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of any AI-generated outputs.

9. Data and Privacy

10. Modifications and Updates

Human Query may modify the platform features, terms, or pricing at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or through the platform. Continuing to use the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

Human Query does not make any guarantees regarding the availability, uptime, or accuracy of the platform. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of GenAlyti(Q)s, including but not limited to data loss, errors in analysis, or system downtime.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Human Query reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
